Good bedrooms but disastrous breakfast area and service, with long waits, broken-down espresso machines, and a general feel of a roadside motel. Front desk staff doesn’t even look at who comes in and out of the establishment, let alone say hello. Expedia rating really undeserved.

My Great Sleep Night
I Loved my stay was able to rest well. It was nice and quiet. The only problem is the house keeper walked in the room without knocking while we were getting dressed. Great view of the sun coming up this morning. Everything else was Great.

Air conditioning was out and a portable a/c was just left in the room with NO ducting out of the room - meaning if you turned on the a/c, cool air came out the front and hot air from the back. They couldn't accommodate a room change, The window had to be left open making it incredibly loud and bugs came flooding in. There were signs of negligence and lack of upkeep everywhere. Icemaker and water did not work on our floor. There was a broken light on the desk which made the light on constantly. Extremely disheartening for a hotel priced this high. Beds were SUPER comfortable as a positive note.

Very nice hotel, centrally located near all the hot neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Nice touches here and there. Good value. The pelotons in the fitness room work!

Great room, comfortable bed. Room included some exercise equipment and work desk w/white board. Fitness center better than most hotels. Only downside -- $4 for coffee in the lobby (most hotels have this for free). Keurig in room, but we all know that tastes like crap.
