Staff were lovely and helpful, however, found the beds too soft for five nights. Shower was dated. Yes, we travelled after Christmas and hotel was fully booked, but the three of us were placed on the 26th floor and the two elevators are in need of updating. We walked 15 floors and got on the elevator after this. I lower floor would have been more ideal.
