Ultra Tiny room with a funny smell and loud a/c. Thin walls made it impossible to sleep while a small “party” was happening next door early morning on a weekday. The hotel is suitable for tourists on a budget and it is crowded. Not for business.

The location was convenient. It was cold and they had apple cider in lobby which was nice. The staff were friendly. Loved having a restaurant and snack area in the hotel. Our shower was not cleaned well. I did not like the daily fee. A few minor checkin/checkout oddities. For example never received my checkout invoice.

Great spot for our overnite in NYC. Easy walk from Penn Station. John at the front desk was very helpful. Room was very nice size- Beds comfy. We will return.
