We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and always choose it when visiting NYC. We love our stays here and appreciate the convenient location. However, during this visit, we noticed the carpet in our room wasn’t completely clean, with food remnants stuck behind the chair. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we have no other complaints.

Fantastic Hotel

I will stay here again and again! Fantastic location with super easy accessibility to Penn Station and so much that NYC has to offer. The highest requirement on my list of must haves is cleanliness and this hotel did not disappoint.
