Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mine was a quick overnight connection. The transportation to and from JFK was speedy and reliable. Completely quiet for sleeping even near JFK. Inviting in-hotel eatery for a hot bowl of soup and glass of wine. Perfect!

The room was oppressively HOT 72 degrees. No matter what we did it never cooled off & we could not sleep. Also we were above the restaurant & the music played all night long thru the vents. Most awful night, No sleep.

Average stay at the Courtyard, perfectly ok for an early flight out of JFK, shuttle bus to pick up and drop off. It's a little tired round the edges but the bed was reasonable, could have done with better pillows and the bathroom wasn't the best but it did the job
