The shuttle bus drivers both way were great. Arriving I had the bus to myself and leaving at 6am I had to stand. But great service and reception were very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were lovely too.

It’s convenient and affordability its hospitality was all we required. The room was delightfully comfortable with an amazing large tv for viewing before bed. Complimentary breakfast from 6am with a vending machine in the dining area makes for convenience. Overall my mum and I was impressed.

My husband and I stayed overnight, due to a funeral the next day, so we had our car. The hotel does not have parking on the property, which should be mentioned, and if you do want to park it’s an extra cost, again not mentioned anywhere. The parking lot is not secure, and you need to walk back and forth to the hotel. The room was clean, and it was brand new, the toiletries were minimal, and there was no blow dryer. I will give it 3 stars only because it was clean and comfortable.

My stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only issue was with the airport shuttle driver. As they only offer once an hour transport to airport at the top of the hour I wanted to leave with two hours prior to my departure. The shuttle driver was late and on top of it rudely asked for tips. I luckily was able to make it to my flight but it was a rough start.

The property was just fine. Fairly new, relatively clean, pretty close to the airport with a reliable shuttle. The rooms were a little small but definitely manageable. Staff was present. My major issue was this. The property offers an airport shuttle every hour to the airport, but does not clarify that the shuttle starts at 5am, and does not clarify when it ends. When i was informed of this the night of check in i was offered a taxi service that the hotel uses for $20 as I needed a ride at 4am to make my flight. The attendant forgot to call the taxi on my behalf and scrambled to do so when i came into the lobby. Then the taxi driver told me the price was actually $25. I took issue with this as i was told one thing and then another which was not fair to me the customer. Also there were these strange pink stains on some of the surfaces. I was able to scrape off with a plastic spoon. It was kind of gross.
