We stayed for 2 nights and the TV wasn’t working. They finally fixed it by the last night of our stay. Never had an issue like this at any other Club Quarters and I have stayed many nights with CQ over the last 10 years.

Perfect location close to Grand Central Station plus amazing views from the hotel. Staff are friendly and always keen to help
