Terrible terrible staff can’t even believe how rude they was all of them ! Do not book these they take money out of youre bank account per night and ends up being more than the originally booking price it’s a scam when confronted at the desk none of them have a clue and they all say it’s a holding fee when it’s not ! Me and my wife are £500 down and still never seen it to this day ! They don’t clean youre room unless requested and has to be before 10am what a load of ** , never been anywhere that is like this be careful when booking this hotel is a scam

First time at this hotel

Hotel was near Grand Central Station which had so make options for transportation. I love the water bottle stations on each floor. It was one less thing to buy in the city. Shower was hot and easy to use. They didn't have shower gel, so make sure to bring.
