Overall the stay was great, hotel staff is fantastic. Upon arrival they couldn't find our reservation in there system and it was because hotels.com/expedia (apparently they are the same company) did not send it over. Luckily, they had rooms available and were able to book us on the spot and honor the rate.

Great hotel in a central location. Staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Room and common areas were clean, pleasant. Much larger room than other hotels we’ve stayed at in the area. Many places of interest were walkable from this location. Highly recommended.

The property is old but it was clean in general except our bathroom that someone had used it before we arrived. Other than that it had good cleaning services every morning. It had a complimentary breakfast that was good. The front desk people were polite and helpful. The hotel was located right outside of a metro estation.

We would love to give The Chelsea Savoy hotel 5 stars overall as we really did enjoy our stay here. The staff were excellent, so friendly and courteous. The location was brilliant with the subway right out the front and there is plenty of food options around. We also found a great mini market for food, drinks etc just around the corner. The only reasons we couldn't give it 5 stars were because the beds were really hard and the traffic and pedestrian noises were so loud even though we were on the 3rd floor. Next time we go back we will ask for a room higher up.
