Broadway Plaza was amazing!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless and comfortable. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Manhattan, making it so easy to explore all the iconic sights and enjoy great restaurants nearby. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel itself is quiet and relaxing, offering a perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. I felt welcomed and valued throughout my visit. I highly recommend the Broadway Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting New York City. It’s a hidden gem offering luxury, convenience, and top-notch service at an affordable price. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip!

Great hotel. Spacious rooms, lots of food and drinks around the hotel, everything in the room was in working order and clean. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The only downside was that it was noisy from outside of the window, but that is to be expected for New York…just bring ear plugs for sleeping. Overall, it was excellent and I would stay there again.

This is a great hotel! I read all the reviews before I booked this hotel and everything everyone said was correct! We had the double king and it was such a good size for New York City, Very comfortable! Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants all nearby. Although the Mexican restaurant downstairs was a favorite! Subway was easy also. Will definitely stay here again!

We stay here every time we come to New York. It’s clean and well appointed and service is excellent. The location is really convenient. A great bookstore down the street - rizzoli. A subway station two blocks up, a wonderful wine bar across the street which is a great place to sip wine and read that book you just bought and a bagel shop ( black seed) up one block. So many close by excellent dining options and if you just need your Starbucks one just across street. There is also better coffee close around but sometimes you just need to have your regular i know ! This is really a gem of a hotel with attentive service and spotless rooms. Some even have a view of the Empire State Building. Just a peak but it does feel special …..don’t hesitate stay here! Then again maybe not so it’s not full when I come back yet again !

Spectacular Room in Prime Location

Having done plenty of research prior as always, it’s always good when a hotel exceeds expectations. The Broadway Plaza is a perfect hotel for a citybreak. Room 602 had the bonus of an Empire State Building view from the window, but that was just the start of the good news. The room was spacious and spotless with an immaculate walk in shower and bathroom. The shower hits perfect temperature and flow at the touch of a button, which is a rare bonus. The absolute star of the show though was the huge bed. By far the most comfortable I’ve ever engaged with. Being a relatively light sleeper I had concerns about staying in the centre of this vast Metropolis but I can report that the quality of sleep was sublime. Noise levels are at an absolute minimum and we had 4 nights of the best hotel sleep we have ever had, which given the full on itinerary days was hugely welcome. Topped off with very polite and helpful front desk staff. I recommend this hotel to all.. You will not regret it! We will return.
