Everything is BAD from the second you walk into the door . No ones at the front desk at night , attitude from the male worker , no help , dirty carpets and smells in the room, hard beds etc . I left back home after my trip there early I couldn’t take it ! Do NOT stay here . Trust me I travel a lot and I know good hotels and this isn’t one of them . The ONLY good thing is the maintenance man and it’s close to many stores . That’s it !

This hotel is great for the location if you’re looking to stay in Bay Ridge. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping in walking distance. The amenities like breakfast, in room fridge and microwave, toiletries, etc were nice, but the hotel needs some work. Carpets were very dirty and worn and the hotel overall needed maintenance done. A little disappointed for a best western.

The place a good value for your money it’s right outside the subway, 2 mins walk so it’s excellent for that. The place it’s self seems pretty clean and good atmosphere. So I would recommend and use it again for sure

I was very disappointed in the front desk service upon arrival- was told they hold luggage, and they had us deposit our bags in a large shared unsecured room- the gentleman at front desk was not very helpful but the woman the following day was. I was shocked how dirty the carpet was and the overall lobby area- the rooms weren’t bad but not worth the high cost to stay there.

the breakfast was horrible, the eggs were grainy and tastless. the coffee was good, just stick with the bagels or any of the pre prepared foods. the room was clean and nice, however the carpet in the property badly needed cleaning. staff was nice, despite all this I woud return, overall about a 7 out of 10

When we arrived we were given had no working AC. Had to beg to be given a different room. The hotel is dated, the carpet is filty, the shower door was very difficult to move. Parking is not available and difficult to find.
