Hotel had nice cozy feel to it. Easy walking to every thing! The only thing was I had to take pillow case off my pillow to make my pillow soft. But I will stay there again no problem!

It's a beautiful property, the lobby is chic and stylish with the bar area. I've stayed here a few times and every time the staff goes all out to ensure a good stay. Great location in a nice neighborhood and close to the Beacon Theater where we were going. Will be back sooner than later!

Super location! We felt like we were locals staying here. The music in the common area at night was wonderful. We had so many dining options and can't wait to go back and try a few more. We had a little glitch w/ the breakfast that was included in both rooms we booked and the front desk wasn't super nice about it, but in the end we were able to show our Expedia confirmation including breakfast and were given the proper vouchers. Other than that, the hotel and location are excellent!

Art house was a quaint and cozy boutique hotel in a great location on the upper west side. Walking distance to the Beacon Theatre and many wonderful Resturants and bars. The hotel has a great bar/lounge that doubles as a breakfast cafe in the morning. Live music is played on the weekend. We enjoyed our stay and the one small mistake was quickly rectified and a bottle of wine was sent. There is one elevator that rocked and made a lot of nose that kinda freaked me out. Otherwise. Amazing

Good hotel at a reasonable price

Great hotel with reasonable price. Rooms are very small but clean. Breakfast is expensive so worth to go out and find a breakfast place.

Lovely and useful UWS boutique hotel

Solid base of operations for Upper West Side visit - very pretty lobby w many seating/gathering options as well as tasty croissant and coffee every morning. Surprisingly talented Salsa band Friday night, and helpful staff when we had a late flight and needed to store luggage and get a car service to Newark. Room was smallish but very clean (no carpet!) Prime location for Central Park and museums (try Amsterdam Craft Pub around corner for late night arrival dinner.)
