The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable. It was my first time in NYC so I wasn't sure what area to stay. Everything is within walking distance or by subway so getting anywhere was a breeze (although I walked most placed). Will stay here again on my next trip.

Really nice hotel location with easy access to the subway. Rooms are small but decent - staff are friendly. Only draw back - not a lot of food options close by. Great hotel to use when staying in manhattan
