This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was unbelievably small—I’ve never seen anything like it. It felt like a glorified closet. The bathroom was practically inside the bedroom, with the toilet and sink right next to the bed. The shower was ridiculously tiny, barely enough room to turn around, and it was not nice at all. The bed itself was also tiny, and the space was so cramped that we had to literally jump onto the bed just to move around. There was no room for luggage or even to stand properly. It was completely uncomfortable and claustrophobic. I cannot believe this place is advertised as a hotel. It felt like staying in a storage unit. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!

Great escape!

Rendezvoused with my daughter to spend some quality time. She found Arlo Soho, and it is a little treasure! It's neat and clean, and every employee is accommodating, friendly and helpful. There are several comfortable places to meet up and hang in the lobby. We ordered some drinks and appetizers through room service, which were dellicious. There is a barista on duty in the lobby with legitimately very good coffee. There are two restaurants and a lounge on site, and also a candy shop, munchie wall, and refrigerated food section in the lobby. We enjoyed a show and some terrific eateries, which we were able to access easily on foot or a quick subway ride. The weather wasn't great, but if it had been, we would've walked all around. There's a lot to see and do. Aaaand...the price is very reasonable. We will definitely be planning another stop there sometime soon!

They gave as a wrong room because we came “too late” even though we paid for a better room. Thankfully they gave as a different room next day but with a lot of hustle and weird communication. But on top of that the AC didn’t work in a new room and it was cold the whole time.

Arlo Hotel SoHo was perfect. If you want the location this is a great hotel.Clean, cute bar plus rooftop bar and lounging areas. The rooms are extremely small so it’s not a hotel for spending time in rooms but honestly cute and well laid out and good value for money. The staff were outstanding!!! The bodega was the best, coffee and tea and snacks open 24 hours.

We loved our stay here. We originally booked one night in the bunk room and because the hotel was so great we extended our stay 5 more nights and moved into a king. The space is small but we made it work perfectly. So cozy and comfortable. Clean and fresh. We will Always stay here

First of all - the staff here are great. Not good, great - every single person we interacted with was awesome - helpful, friendly and fun. The room itself is small - at least for anyone used to staying in city centre hotels on other continents - that said it's possible this is roomy by NYC standards so make sure you compare. We were not fans of the frosted glass bathroom/ toilet (noting the small room above ) - would be quite an eye opener for any couple not already intimately aquainted with each others bathroom habits (and even then still far from ideal. Really convenient location for both uptown and downtown subways
