If you’re booking it for the location get the cheapest room. If you want to have a view is only the most expensive rooms. My view was a dirty alley. The rooms are kind of small for two people. But the location was good if you’re using the subway

The room being small wasn't the issue but the layout was. The headboard backed onto the water supply which meant anytime someone used the shower the noise was unbelievable. That was after discovering the aircon unit sounded like a plane landing so aborting heating the room. During the stay only one lift was working so even leaving the property early was an ordeal.

The 'urban fee' really ruined the experience. $30 mandatory fee for effectively two cans of water just feels so incredibly sleazy. Not clear why this couldn't be included in the room rate. Elevator capacity meant it took a long time to leave each morning. Finally there isn't exactly much privacy provided by the glass door between the toilet and bedroom... Otherwise room was clean, location good and view lovely.

The hotel’s rooftop bar, “Arlo Rooftop,” is another highlight, offering breathtaking views of the skyline, making it a popular spot for both guests and locals. Additionally, the hotel emphasizes a community-focused atmosphere, with inviting communal spaces, friendly service, and a trendy vibe. To make it a more enjoyable experience the property might consider a better air filtration system in the hallways of each floor. The reduction of dust particles was prevalent. A modest improvement will make this place a true green space.
