This was a nice affordable hotel. I needed 1 night at the last minute. The aesthetics upon entrance were definitely a vibe. Great cozy corners all throughout the hotel. The room was small but neat and had all I needed. Excellent views. Central walkable location great place for business travel. The staff was a little rude and short. Not everyone but it happened more than once and deserves to be mentioned. Other than that I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved the view from the room they upgraded us to!! The staff we all so friendly and helpful. The brunch at the restaurant in the hotel was delicious and fast. They also had a high-end convenience store inside the hotel and a free water fill-up station.

3 things I didn’t like. 1. I went back to my room at 4:30pm. The door was closed and when I swiped my room key to open it, I noticed that it was locked (with the metal hook) from the inside. The housekeeping lady was inside. I asked her why the door was closed (typically rooms are cleaned with the door open), but also, LOCKED from inside. I could see that she was on the phone. And when she finally opened the door, she told me to wait another 5 minutes as she wasn’t ready, and she proceeded to close the door again. When I asked her why she locked it, she either didn’t understand me or ignored me. That was unacceptable. 2. I provided my email at checkout, but never received an email with my receipt and total charges. 3. The lobby area was freezing. Colder than outside. Everything else was excellent.
