The Arlo-Midtown never disappoints. The customer service is great. The rooms are always clean. It smells great when you walk in, the restaurant/bar is super yummy and the staff is very nice.

The Arlo Midtown was a great stay. It was convenient walk away from Times Square, Madison Square Garden and the subway station. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back.

The room was very small, but the hotel made up for it with the bar, lounge areas, and restaurant. It had a nice boutique vibe compared to a larger chain hotel.

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Hotels should not charge a ‘resort fee’ when they are not offering what they say it is for. No entertainment, no bar on the roof too, bar closed for private event. Room was very small, venting in shower room was insufficient, causing room to be stuffy fortunately we could open the window.
