Gosh the room is tiny and bathroom door doesn’t even close. It’s those sliding door with no lock or sealing. There’s no privacy nor even a place to open your luggage. Most importantly, they threw some kinda party at the first floor starting like 7pm to midnight on Friday 11/15 and it was awful. Room doesn’t have a single sound proof so it was so loud I couldnt even sleep. Would never come back here. Staff were very friendly and nice tho.

Not that special and not that accommodating. I had to pay an additional USD100 for early check in despite the fact that that my room was already USD300 . There was no upgrade no VIP anything. I think the room is exceptiknalky small for the price and it’s clear they didn’t have a room set aside for me because he gave me options on the fly. Not impressed and zi feel like zi have been ripped off. I will ask for a late check out and see if they will accommodate me. Pity they don’t fit the Good Status hotel

We had an incredible time in Soho! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The check-in process was a bit of a pain, but once we got past that, the rest of our stay was amazing. The room was a bit small, but it had a really cool vibe about it. We did have a few issues with the room, but they were fixed super quickly. The bathroom privacy that other people have complained about wasn’t really a problem for us. It did give us some privacy, but not a huge amount. The location was perfect! It was close to the financial district, Chelsea, and the meatpacking district. There were a bunch of great restaurants within a 20-25 minute walk of the hotel. We tried the hotel rooftop for a drink and were surprised that it wasn’t too crowded. I will definitely continue to check out other Arlo Properties in New York and other cities. This experience was a great introduction to the Arlo Brand.

We arrived at 4pm with a long check-in line, but the room was still not ready until 5pm. The staff was apologetic and gave us drinks and breakfast vouchers to make up for it. Breakfast was great. Room was okay, small but expected since it's NYC. AC was loud with a click and a long whir every few minutes. Bed was comfortable. The worst thing about this place is the noise. Hotel is located right next to Holland tunnel, we could hear traffic at all times. Honks, sirens, cars revving. Over the weekend there were a couple of parties. One went on to 2-3am with extremely loud music and human noise. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. No consideration for guests at all.

The hotel is very cute, it's fairly close to good restaurants and shopping, it's clean, and the staff are amazing. The front desk staff were honestly the highlight of the stay. The only bummer was that they emailed us ahead of time offering early check in for a fee, which we took them up on right away. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were told that we couldn't check in early and to come back when regular check in starts, at 3pm. When we returned at 3pm, the room still wasn't ready and we had to wait another 30 min. Other than this hiccup, the hotel was nice and we would come back.

The 20% off one time food and bev promotion is misleading and cannot be used in the restaurant. Overall the hotel is great in a decent location.
