Dated, dirty, unpleasant and rude staff! We didn’t even make it past the lobby!
I made a reservation at the JFK Marriott. The restaurant was closed and under construction.
This place needs a major upgrade! In the process of receiving a refund! This NOT a 4.5 star hotel. It’s not even a 3 star. I asked Expedia if someone was paying them off to rank this as a 4.5 star hotel? JUST SHAMEFUL!

It was close to many of the things we wanted to see and close to Subway. Lots of dining options nearby.
