We had an amazing stay in the hotel. The staff was so friendly especially at check in. It was such a wonderful experience and the hotel’s location was perfect so close to Times Square. We would absolutely stay there again. The bar was amazing too.

Great choice!

We had a great stay at Aliz Hotel. The location is right near Times Square and within walking of plenty of options. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We arrived early and our flight leaving was after checkout so on both days they held our bags for us while we continued around the city. This was SUPER helpful!

We were really excited about coming here and spending time with my family (2 parents and a 7 year old) in a single room with a double bed. When we got there we were told that they overbooked and we were given 2 single bed rooms and that 1 person could eat breakfast for free (if the other two wanted to eat it will be $25 per person extra). No one contacted us prior about the issue or provided us with any other options. Great, so one parent gets all the work with bedtime and issues in the night and only one person gets to eat. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. In addition the rooms provided were very, very small and very dark. At least the location is nice.

So when we first got there, there was a commotion and a huge line and then we got up to the room. There’s only one robe in there are three of us one slippers when they were three people in the space and then instead of them charging me 150 they charged me 184 which didn’t make any sense.

We had a very nice stay at the Aliz. It has a beautiful rooftop bar and a lounge/restaurant to either dine or just hang out with a drink. It had everything we needed, and it is a wonderful hotel.

The room smelled old, I had to buy an air freshener to put in the room. The elevator where very slow and the staff took up the elevator with towel cart while in high peak of guest usages.

This property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the room was smaller than I would like and the windows were not sealed at all so it could Geta. little cold due to the wind
