Upon arriving, the young lady greeted me with a smile and I was checked in quickly. The interior was exceptionally clean from the top to the bottom. My room was sound proof,the bed was awesome, and I melted into the comfort it offered. I didn't eat breakfast, because I had an early flight,. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I will be returning as often as I can when I'm working in the area. I highly recommend it.. Kudos, for a job well done. Guest of Room 407- Peace

Very disappointed and terrible service.

I recently had an 11-day stay at the Aiden BestWestern hotel last January. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleaning service. Despite being a modern hotel, the room was only cleaned once during my entire stay, and even then, it wasn't done properly. My partner and I had to take it upon ourselves to clean up after ourselves, including disposing of our own trash. When I approached the front desk to request cleaning, the staff seemed unsure of the cleaning schedule. This lack of organization and attention to detail was frustrating, especially considering we were paying customers. In my opinion, the front desk staff could benefit from additional training to improve their customer service skills. As it stands, their lack of care and laziness were thoroughly disappointing. I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues and provide better service to their guests.

The hotel room was beautiful. If traveling by foot you'll past through some tough looking streets but at the end it's worth the stay. I stayed for the weekend in a smaller room but it was just me so it was grand lol. My room was hidden were you had to go through one door that had two more rooms in the outside. The only downfall was it didn't have a fridge or microwave in my room wasn't sure if was just my room or all. Also they have a descent lounge area for you to enjoy

Great service but had Bed Bugs & Lice !!

The hotel Staff were extremely kind & polite. But the stay of the hotel wasn’t a good experience. Out of the 5 nights I stayed, only 1 night our room was cleaned when I requested for all 5 days. Also, the 1 night wasn’t even clean, they just made the bed. The worst part of the stay was the bed Bugs, my girlfriend went home with lice & bed bugs in her head and on her clothes.
