The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The Hacienda has been beautifully remodeled. The rooms are very clean (also great water pressure while taking a shower, which was nice) was a pleasant surprise to say the least!! We were very impressed with everything. Perfectly located and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the park especially at Christmas time was beautiful. When you walk in the lobby, the fireplace was going making you feel very much like being home for the holidays even though we were working!!! Would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again without question!!! On-site, restaurant and bar, and lots of history and memorabilia about the Hacienda was an extra bonus!!! 5 stars

The building was very unique but the room was small and the hotel was noisy. Parking was almost nonexistent especially on Saturday night. We never had a parking spot at the hotel for any of the 4 nights we stayed and had to park about 1.5-2 blocks away on Saturday night. The onsite restaurant was pricey so we always ate elsewhere.
