Great find

Great hotel - only a short walk downtown where there’s a range of lovely bars & restaurants. And a great park alongside the river. Breakfast good - fresh & hot. Bed super comfy & great shower.

My only complaint was that there was significant hard water build up on the shower head in my room so the water sprayed every which way. Also, the water temp was lukewarm at best. Everything else was great! The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the continental breakfast was pretty good, and the bed was pretty cozy.

When we first got to the room, there was hair It's smart all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. Water behind the toilet. And the sheets didn't look like they had been cleaned. It was very unsettling. We had to report it to the staff!!!!

Walking distance to historic New Port Richey and the quaint shops and dining. Also available the long golf cart to hop on and off, I think it’s called the Harp. Hotel was clean, nice staff and area felt safe.

It was 30 degrees in FL. The 2nd floor hallway was cold! A breeze came under the door, so I put a rolled up towel in front of it. The heater in the room worked great but the floor was cold. Room was very clean. Very functional room. So glad there was a refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker. Breakfast was good. Good coffee. Scrambled eggs everyday and sausage links or patties. Corned beef hash once. One day, out of 4, they put out shredded cheese which was a great addition to the eggs. The great part was the super efficient and very friendly staff. Great location near downtown New Port Richey.

Comfortable but in a world of choice…

Newer hotel. Signs of wear on walls and bathroom already showing. Bed is comfortable. Check in is interesting as front desk staff asked for every adults ID. I have never had that happen before. Huge gaps at bottom of doors so it’s loud in rooms from hallway traffic. Shower stall missing drain cover and shower head sprayed irregular due to hard water not being cleaned off. Area has a lot of homeless people. Probably wouldn’t stay here again just from the bad vibes.
