Great Hotel in Berlin!

Once again, the stay at Berlin Grande Hotel was wonderful. We actually had the same suite we have had on many visits. The hotel is lovely, breakfast was good as well. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The hotel was great however the lady at the front desk was horrible. She was so lazy and could not even tell me where the ice machine was on the second floor.. someone needs to find a new job as I will never go back. The facilities were nice but the customer service is beyond horrible. In two days never got a smile, a thank you, how is everything, nothing
