The hotel was very clean and decor seemed very well maintained. Great outdoor space and plenty of casual seating around the lobby. Would stay here again. Close to great shopping.

The landscaping around the pond was peaceful and beautiful. There is plenty of space to park, so not to feel cramped. The outside beauty of the hotel, matches the inside pleasing look. Its well lit, clean...wide open inside..... And the staff was friendly. It was very refreshing and peaceful to see modestly clad young ladies, as cleaning staff....who actually were swift and efficient in their tasks, as well as friendly.

Staff was friendly. Shower and bathroom had some mold in the tub. The air conditioner was loud and woke us up multiple times in the night. Bed was a little hard. It wasnt terrible but it wasnt comfortable.

Nice hotel adjacent to Amish country theater. We were on the third floor and our room was very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. A good hot breakfast was included with many options. We enjoyed our stay.

Our overall experience was good. I know this will sound odd, but I would recommend that they change their complimentary bath soap. It is hard to wash off. I actually fell getting out of the shower onto the tile floor. It’s not that I don’t appreciate the little extras, I am just afraid somebody could get seriously hurt.
