Hot box!

The room I stayed in never cooled off. The replaced the air unit but that did not work. After 2 days of heat and humidity, I requested to be moved. Having to pack up a room to unpack is really disruptive. The second room was better. However, the elevators and hall ways are hot and humid.

The hotel staff was professional, friendly, and quite helpful. Unfortunately, the pool and gym was closed . Having those amenities are important to me to keep my fitness regiment in order while still vacationing. Quite disappointing not having those amenities available during a holiday weekend.
