The man at the checkout was rude. I layed down our hotel keys and one slid he told me very rudely that you shouldn't lay down your keys on the counter. Also there was a cockroach in our bathroom on the second day we stayed there. The location was good and the day staff was friendly on the other two days that we stayed.

It was ok, i didn't know there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel. The store in front of building was not the best view. I felt uncomfortable going in and out. Also, the smell in the hotel and outside was not good.

Great location short walk to streetcars and lots of eateries. Hotel security is obvious but not problematic. Elevators require a room key. Not a great view from my room, but i dont care.

Room and staff were wonderful. Had to pay extra for a refrigerator in the room and was told that there would be one. Bathroom shower in room 1216 was horrible. It is an accessible walk-in shower with the main shower head pointing outward soaking the entire bathroom floor, even though there is a shower curtain. When finally turned that shower head off and went to the hand-held shower there was only a trickle of water. There was hardly any pressure. If all accessible bathrooms are like this, I would not recommend anyone request one. Everything else was wonderful.

I really appreciated how nice the staff was. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The only thing i was disappointed about was not having a mini fridge or microwave in the room. And i would've loved to have been able to open the windows! To hear the sound of the city!

Ideal location with great security! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! I highly recommend Wyndham in the French Quarter if you want to be in the middle of the action. Everything you want is within walking distance, and the security features are wonderful!

Very...acceptable. Would have been amazing 30 years ago but it doesn't seem like its been updated in a while. If you don't look too closely at anything it's fine. Location is ok, security is good around the hotel, but for some reason it still feels somewhat sketchy at night. Fitness center was sad. But for the price.... it's fine. Staff were very nice and hospitable. Recommend you avoid if you have a strong sense of smell.

All staff were impolite and don’t even know how to talk to people. Very rude. Most of the cleaning staff didn’t speak English so you couldn’t ask for towels or toilet paper. Will NEVER stay at this hotel, brand, corporation ever again. And I’m telling all my friends the same thing too.
