Excellent! Hip, cool Hotel! Loved it! Love the amenities! The service of the staff was inconsistent. Some were great, and some not. The coffee barista made us feel inferior, and we did not appreciate it. However, other staff were kind and warm. I would recommend the hotel, but would get my coffee at the hotel restaurant or outside the hotel.

Hip and fun. Most staff very friendly and helpful including reception, restaurant and bell staff. Rooftop bar drinks great but staff there not interested in providing any kind of service. Otherwise a great stay .

This location was perfect. Away from the crowd but still within walking distance to everything. The staff were great. Especially Nicolette. Brunch was delicious. They also had a coffee shop with delicious lattes. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Even the rooftop. Sooo many photo ops at this hotel. I would hands down stay again and recommend this location.
