Unbelievably helpful staff! Kay, the front desk manager was extremely helpful several times, Charles at the front desk was an invaluable resource and the young lady in room service my first night was a godsend at the last minute. They all went WAY above my expectations of whatever it takes service! Kudos to them and all your staff for an exceptional experience.

The room attendant did not make up the room on first day there until we called at 3:30, she had missed us entirely. Never got the shower gel after reporting it was empty. However, the front staff when checking in went above and beyond, upgraded us to 25th floor, the view spectacular! The drinks in the bar were great and the buffet for breakfast was delicious. Overall, with the exception of missing maid service our first day, the stay was excellent! Would definitely return.
