A very nice stay. Just one issue with service on our last day. We had to wait 20 minutes for bell hop service and when a gentleman finally arrived everyone commented on how he smelled like pot. Besides that everyone was very helpful and kind.

An elegant and quiet retreat from the liveliness of the French Quarter. The staff are friendly and helpful —a warm welcome from Armani and an exuberant greeting from Caleb as you enter and depart from the lobby. We enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located so that most things were walkable. Bourbon street is very loud at night into the wee hours. We saw this on some of the reviews and we were ok with it but other should really heed the warnings. Staff was super friendly. The hotel is dated and could be updated a bit but overall it is great and you can see it was once very nice.

Beautiful, clean, excellent service. Love the peaceful, private courtyard and music in the jazz club. It’s a calming, relaxing retreat with the convenience and excitement of Bourbon Street.

Staff was fantastic to deal with, beautiful lobby, clean room a little dated, but would stay there again. Located on Bourdon Street, easy access to many great restaurants and sightseeing

The chef made us up some crocodile which we'd never tried. Very helpful staff and friendly attitude.
