Bathroom in my split level king room cold have been cleaner with the shower curtain not stopping water from going on the floor shower handle was off but they fix it but still had a loose spout on the tub and water no draining from the tune so u was taking a shower in a bath room 3214!

Lobby is gorgeous. Cleanliness in the room needs a lot more attention. The pool area and patio are clean and nice. Beds are super comfortable, staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Surprisingly, we did not hear any of the Bourbon Street noise in our pool side room.

So loud outside until 4am that even with earplugs had a very difficult time sleeping every night.

The property was great. I have a suggestion about the dog potty area. It stinks up there. My dog would not potty on the artificial turf. She knows not to potty on a rug. Pretty sure she associated the artificial turf with a carpet. I would hope that a change can be considered for a pet friendly hotel.

We had such a great time at this hotel. I’ve been to New Orleans 100 times and never stayed on bourbon and it was so fun. It was loud at night but we came prepared with ear plugs and it was fine! The noise was totally worth being so close to everything and having a balcony.
