This is a quaint hotel with so much charm! Stayed here prior to a cruise. Close c to French Quarter so easy for walking and getting the trolleys.

I really want my money back

I was not happy with my stay at all I had car problems and got to the hotel late the next day missing the entire first day of my trip. I arrive and the room I'm given is already been used it's gross and dirty and when I called to get it fixed it took until 5pm until a new room was available. When I arrived to the new room it was also dirty and dingy everything was old and the room was way too dark no light in the closet area I could see anything. The tub drained so very very slow it was uncomfortable to bath. I was only given one set of towels I tried to ask for more they never returned with new towels. I asked for bottled water that was told to be free with the room and they didn't have any bottled waters left. I asked for matches they were out of those. I was told they had bikes to rent. They were broken and I ly one was available and it was first come first serve and it was not cool because how is a couple staying supposed to use the bikes to explore if they only have one there. The 20 dollar resort free was to cover for those amenities and I didn't get any of them which really made it unenjoyable. The TV didn't work the radio alarm clock with bt option didn't work. My window faced a brick wall. Anytime I asked the front of the maid service for anything they never returned or responded and the front desk was missing almost Everytime I went down to talk to them.
