The information on Expedia booking is not accurate. It should say windowless room, not interior queen. I was put in a windowless room and I felt unsafe, anxious and not able to sleep in this type of facility. It felt like torture. Don’t mislead customers by not given proper information.

Everything very clean, comfortable bed, easy walking distance to the Superdome, French Quarter, and St. Charles streetcar, good restaurant options and breakfast in the hotel was a good and easy choice. We were put in an accessible room so there wasn’t really a closet, not an huge deal. There was no personal safe in the room and the mini fridge was locked. The accessible shower setup led to a constantly wet bathroom floor. They were accommodating with extra bath mats and towels. People were clearly heard speaking from other rooms and street noise from cars playing loud music at 2-3 AM was not ideal. Overall it was a good choice for our trip, but those were the ups and downs of our stay.

Do not recommend. Staying here was giving them a second chance, and I will not be giving them a third. Room was not ready on time (hours late), and they blamed linens. This also happened the first time I stayed here. I had to make the best of it and get dressed for my concert in the lobby bathroom. Bedsheets felt like paper and was told no more linens were available. Very thin walls and squeaky room floors. Had our do not disturb sign on the door and an hour and a half before checkout housekeeping knocked and said “Just making sure you didn’t check out forget to take this off”. Hotel staff very bad at communicating. Overall experience with this hotel was not good.

The rooms weren’t ready until after 5p which caused us several delays in our evening and the hotel did nothing to compensate for this. The lines for front desk and service were insanely long and they didn’t have the staff to accommodate the guests.

Very nice, clean room. Loves that it had a fan in the room. Staff was friendly. The hotel bar has an amazing espresso martini! Would definitely stay again. Good location!
