The property is located in the city center business are, walking distance to restaurants and the French Quarter. The area is relatively quiet with local transportation, restaurants. My major complaint is the lack of affordable parking which cost $46 daily, and located two blocks from the hotel .the virtual check-in is efficient and I'd strongly suggest use of the pre check-in option prior to arrival.

The lack of noise insulation made it easy to hear whispers in the hallway. Late night street wanderers would yell at random hours. The parking was close enough but it might not be safe late at night. The room was affordable, clean, comfortable (minus noise issue), and provided what we needed for the night. It might be haunted.

It was a clean hotel in a nice location. The room was not big compared to other hotels I stayed in the US but it was a reminder of my stay at a Parisian hotel in the past. The concierge was kind. You can see that she was really trying to help you. The only downside was, the stool was not cleaned properly and the water was draining slow in the bathroom sink. I had to report this to concierge.

Great location

We’re enjoyed staying at the Lafayette Hotel in NOLA. The location was close to nice parks and cafes. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was old, but clean and functional. We were a little surprised that there was no housekeeping services during our stay, only two nights. But overall, I would stay again.

Great Hotel, Kasa needs to improve their systems

The stay itself was great. Amazing hotel, perfect rooms, even better price. The management by Kasa, not great. I assume they are still going through the transition pains from a regular hotel to Kasa. So their charges for parking and deposits are not smooth, and they sent you too many emails. If you book more than one room for multiple people, the system kinda freaks out and more person will get all the emails.

Great hotel, pretty on inside with older look and feel. I do wish there were 24/7 security at front; because it is walkable, anyone could access hotel and floors at any time. Comfy bed with enough storage in room and walking space for two. Hotel provided a kettle for coffee, it was still wet on the inside which wasn’t the nicest. Found paid parking across the street a block up for cheaper than what the hotel charged for our specific stay. Would stay here again for a cheap and quick trip!

Pretty Hotel

This hotel is beautiful and clean. Old style New Orleans. Everything was remote check in. You are sent your key pad info to enter your room. I like that part! No physical key to keep up with. However, staff is minimal. Rarely at front desk if you need any help. There is not a valet if you have own car to park. No real amenities like work out room or pool. The rooms are only cleaned at request if they have time or when you check out. Very hard to find someone to get extra anything.

Only thing I didn't like was the parking. The 3 minute walk isn't the issue but I paid for parking at the hotel and I got my car booted twice. I showed my paperwork and they seemed like I did something wrong. Other than that everything was cool
