Nice place to stay.
Room was clean. Bed, covers, and pillows are comfortable. Hotel was very nice as well. Streetcar was right outside and you can walk to Bourbon St. And tge French quarters.

The parking was $55 a day which was unexpected and expensive and to make the matter worse, I had to wait 50 minutes to be parked.

The room furniture was dirty (chair). The beds were comfortable. I had to change the sheets stain on sheets.The hotel towels were filty. The staff was somewhat friendly. The refrigerator did not get cold.

The stay was good but needs to up grade the towels. Every towel we got to shower with was dirty with make up. Had to go buy own towels. The chair in room was filty could not sit in it. The rooftop pool is very nice but pool is not heated. Telephone in room did not work I had to bother neighbors to call for service. Room service never brought towels to are room we had to go down stairs to front desk and get them and they were all stained up (dirty). The hotel can be a nice hotel.
