The hotel is very nice, with very interesting and beautiful artwork. Everyone who works there was so nice and welcoming. The location was perfect for us, on the edge of the Garden District and right on the streetcar line. I will definitely be back!

There's so much to like about this property. The room was large and spacious, and the bed was the best kept secret, it was so comfortable. The location was prime for restaurants in the area going in both directions on St. Charles Ave. We enjoyed the close access to the famous trolley ride, which travels through the city. The Coach house faculty and team was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this property to anyone that's visiting New Orleans in the near future.

Hotel was very accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we ended up arriving the next day. I called and they changed our reservations and didn’t charge us for the first night. We asked for late checkout and it was granted without problems. Staff was courteous. The room was very clean. Location in the garden district was nice. We were able to walk around and see the mansions nearby. Parking was convenient. Would definitely stay here again if O was back in New Orleans

Awful. I made a reservation at the hotel weeks in advance on a Monday for a relaxing stay without a special event. I got a text message the day before my stay saying a parade on St Charles Ave had been rescheduled during the evening I booked, and parking was no longer free and there would be an additional charge for parking. I have zero interest in large crowds, parades, congested traffic and parking problems. I should have been offered a refund, but I was not. I did not visit New Orleans or stay at the St Charles Coach House. Extremely poor customer service. I should receive a refund.

An aged hotel that has seen better days. Much of the property has a musty odor with a strong fragrance they spray to cover it up. The staff was very engaging and friendly, from the room attendants to Carlos at the front. I booked the hotel for 5 days for a business trip and a week or two before my trip began I contacted the hotel to request a check out of day 4 as I had personal matters to attend to back home. For some annoying reason they would not accomodate this. They blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.com blamed the hotel. Regardless, after several attempts to have my last night waived I gave up in frustration. I did have an online conversation with a hotels.com representative who assured me she would contact the hotel's management and come to an agreement but there was no follow up and resolution. One positive note on the hotel is that parking is complimentary with the hotel - this is a rarity in New Orleans. Its also in a great location on St Charles Avenue.
