My rating would've been higher,if my second room would have been my 1st room.my fitst room was (not to my knowledge) an interior room, with no window access withva non working tv,after maintenance couldn't fix tv, my room was switched to a room with window access nd working tv.

The biggest disappointment was there were no bathrobes. Not sure if they were out of stock after New Years or they're saving up for Mardi Gras but there were none. The rooftop patio was not accessible due to maintenence which was disappointing. Also my room had no windows which was not stated in the room choices - the room was big and otherwise very nice, just felt weird with no window.

Good value, but not a fan.

This property was a good value for the money. The area felt kind of sketchy. I didn’t feel safe to walk around with the kids. Because of the hotels location, there wasn’t much room to pull off in front of hotel. We were able to valet park, but it was pricey. For some reason(security I think) only 2 doors opened from the outside. It was a major pain to get the luggage cart through the door. None of the night staff offered to help us with the door, or luggage. The evening crew was very different than the morning crew though. In the evening we received DMV type service, in that no customer service was volunteered, but they did help when asked. The morning crew was proactive and assessed our needs. Great customer service. The valet retrieved our Jeep quickly, and was very friendly too. I think that this hotel might be a decent choice if you’re young with no kids, and you want to enjoy New Orleans for a good value. It’s not great for families with young kids. I probably wouldn’t stay at this one with my kids in the future.
