Very nice and well designed hotel in a very convenient location with most activities within walking distance.The rooms are small and cozy with just about the right size for no more than two people to move around. The restuarant/bar on the ground floor offered a nice breakfast buffet with quite a few options but I would suggest maybe changing it up a bit every day or every couple days as it became a little boring having the same options everyday during our stay. There were also some minor elevator issues that needed to get resolved. We had to take the stairs a couple times when the elevator was just stuck and the others were under repair.

Everything was fine with our stay. We did have issues with the shower not draining properly and only one elevator worked, so it took quite some time to get to the 7th floor and we had to use the stairs often. Other than that, the stay was very friendly and accommodating and we would stay again.

Super comfy beds, clean room, great windows.

The beds are super comfortable and the staff was great. The only problem we had was the thermostat did not work. The first night was hot as heck and we kept thinking it was our fault but gave up at the morning them and maintenance has to come fix it. It was a bit cold the rest of the time and the thermostat was not trustworthy at all.

Nice but many things broken

After a 14 hour drive the slap you in the face $48 fee to park was unexpected. But I get it, parking is at a premium around Bourbon St. But then, the coffee pot had to be replaced with a working one, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, only one out of 3 elevators was working which made wait times really unreasonable and there was no ironing board or iron in the room. Maybe minor inconveniences but when you figure what you are paying per night these things were quite annoying. I will say, the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were very soft.

This property was great, we were given a free upgrade from an interior queen to an exterior king. The wall of windows was absolutely stunning, offering fantastic views. My only worry was the parking situation, as they offer valet parking which seemed a bit steep, so we opted to use Spot-Hero and got a much cheaper spot, only a block away.
