We stayed here two nights after being on a cruise. We wanted to see the WWII museum which was a 5 minute walk. There is a small market within a few blocks where we were able to purchase a couple meals to prepare ourselves. It was so nice to have the extra space with a living room and kitchen area. We also walked to Mother’s for a delicious supper. The hotel also provides a good hot breakfast each day. We had done the French Quarter prior to our cruise and were just needing a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay before flying back home. We found it here!

Take allergy meds and a candle

The smell from the room was like the carpets had not been cleaned with animal dander and the furnace system needs a new filter. It was nice to have two separate bed rooms and a kitchen while on vacation. The water pressure for the shower was barely there. The water took at least 2 minutes to warm up. Breakfast was from 6-9:30 and they had eggs, sausage patties and pancakes. Location was the best thing about this place as its walking distance to the convention center and the WWII museum. They said we had to do the valet to park the car which cost $45 more a night.

Overall property itself was great and a convenient location for what I traveled to new orleans for. Property states $250 deposit which I expected. But ended up tying up over $700 on my account to which could get no explanation for. All they could say was we are sorry the charge will fall off your account in 3 to 5 business days. Dont know bout you hut $700 is alot of money to tie up for your average person for days. So keep an eye on your bank account you use to book here.
