The continental Breakfast was terrible! The staff were friendly but the food choices are not good at all! Plus not being able to serve myself was a major disappointment! The front desk staff some were nice some needed attitude adjustments. Not the same atmosphere as the last time I stayed there.

We loved the property and the staff was great. However, there were ants in the kitchen and the toilet and bath drain were really slow to drain and we didn’t receive any housekeeping during our visit. Not sure if we were supposed to request it or not. To be fair, we didn’t complain but it should probably be fixed.

The room is low budget the room had hair in the tub in the bathroom on the towels and pillows I was very upset about it. I called front desk several times To get more towels they kept putting me on hold. I didn’t even want to eat the breakfast I was over this place. Very over priced for the room and the entire place smells funny valley is super high

Honestly, very pleased with this hotel the staff Very friendly, Helpful, And a pleasure to be greeted by every morning and night. Good location, Food and bars are close by, you have museums as well. My only issue was I had the studio room and the TV inside our room didn’t work, And a random day, someone knocked on my door and said that they needed to come in and change the keypad, which was a little weird because it was in the morning and nobody had told us anything about it having them inside the room was kind of awkward.
