Overall property itself was great and a convenient location for what I traveled to new orleans for. Property states $250 deposit which I expected. But ended up tying up over $700 on my account to which could get no explanation for. All they could say was we are sorry the charge will fall off your account in 3 to 5 business days. Dont know bout you hut $700 is alot of money to tie up for your average person for days. So keep an eye on your bank account you use to book here.

We had to come into New Orleans a day early for a cruise because of a snowstorm back home. The room was what I wanted in that we had plenty of room to hang out in while we were waiting.

The parking attendant left my car windows down and it poured rain into my car. I still have not heard from them to rectify the situation. They also parked in an area that got my car booted which caused much stress and delay. I am not very happy about the lack of follow up on the car issue

Great location near WWII Museum. 10 minutes walk. Very accommodating to French Quarters. 23 minutes walk. The breakfast wasn't good. Not enough food.

Great staff & spot, but uncomfortable stay!
The staff was wonderful, the funds were nice, and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to nice restaurants, the River Walk, etc. The only reasons I chose not to rate our stay as a 5 star was because the beds were very uncomfortable. We all felt like we were sleeping on concrete blocks. Extremely uncomfortable!! Our room was on the 2nd floor above the lobby. Every night we were kept up by loud sounds of something rolling in the downstairs hallway. It sounded like it was right outside our bedroom window. This went on for hours recent night. We later found out that every night they have a company come in to pickup towels and linen to launder for them.
