Liked location, pool, comfortable bed, all staff,balcony, and restaurant. Disliked bathroom, needs update, shower not hot enough and stinging stream. Very loud through the night, trash pickup every 0300! No complimentary coffee! $500 a night, curtain to balcony and bed shirt stained, please -can do better than this.

Great location in the heart of NOLA French Quarter, a historic old-style hotel. Does not deserve four stars. Caulking in the bathroom was worn and black with mold. The bar and hotel selection was way too limited. The staircase rug in the once elegant entrance was frayed and worn.

Close to everything in the French Quarter. Beautiful, well maintained building although our room was small.

The property itself was great and in a great location and the staff also was wonderful , the reason for the 3 star review was that for the price I paid for the room ($400 a night) I expected a bit more, the room was just average, and it didn’t even had a mini fridge, I had to request one from the front desk. The bathroom was small and had hot water issues and the tub was very slippery and you didn’t even get free WIFI, really $9.95 a day for WIFI is ridiculous. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels in the French Quarter and there was many others that cost less with equal if not better rooms.
