We travel Yo NOLA often. This is our favorite hotel. Very friendly staff. Two beautiful bars with one being rooftop. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are huge for New Orleans. Centrally located so easy to walk to wherever you’re going.

Highly recommend
We came for night one of Taylor Swift concerts - and it was the perfect location. Easy to walk to the French Quarter and the Superdome. The staff were all so friendly and our room was amazing!

Overall, our stay at NOPSI was excellent. The room was modern, comfortable, and spacious. Most of the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The only exception was the bartender at their main restaurant who barely gave any eye contact and could hardly be bothered to order a cocktail. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time
An amazing time from check in to check out. Very friendly staff from the front desk, concierge, and house keepers. We also enjoyed the central location to various attractions throughout the city. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall a great value and would stay there again.

We’ve been staying at this property since 2016. We usually come to New Orleans once a year our anniversary. This trip was below our standards. The staff was friendly as they always are. Once we got to our room the room smell like mildew. We told the bellhop and we also called down to the front desk. The front desk clerk was not concerned. She just said oh I’ll call housekeeping. Housekeeping came up to the room with a bottle of solution in a travel to go Container spray bottle and just sprayed around the baseboards. She even sprayed the walls. The scent was pleasant, but it did not mask the mildew or mold smell. So they would not change our room. I do understand about them being busy and booked. The refrigerator did not work. I called back to the front desk and was told that it’s not an actual refrigerator. It’s just a cooling box. The mini fridge was completely high. The only thing that worked was delight. I put a cold bottle of water in the refrigerator And when I went back in and it was extremely hot. The refrigerator also had a smell because it couldn’t cool anything. Day two, and we still have this mail. They sent housekeeping back up, but there was nothing they could do. There was no apology. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience. The smell. I always unpack my bags completely this trip I did notbecause I didn’t want my clothes to smell like mildew when we went out with friends. My husband stated this will be our last time at the Nopsi

My stay at this property was great. The hotel is beautiful and clean!! I loved the shower!! The room was spacious and all of the were friendly. I will definitely make this my sure stay when i visit New Orleans!!

Our reservation was cancelled as we were told that these rooms (booked through Expedia) are not guaranteed, and they were sold out. We had 2 rooms reserved and the rude front desk staff didn’t try to make suggestions for other accommodations. She was not sympathetic, empathetic or apologetic at all. I will never book this hotel again. Expedia should remove them from their site.

Not the VIP or more lux experience we were expecting, especially for our anniversary trip. The staff didn’t seem very informed about different things happening. For our example on arrival, we were not told what time checkout was. We had to take it upon ourselves to ask, which was fine, and we were told we had until 1pm. But then, on our last day, we hear banging on our door at 11 am from a worker asking what time we were leaving. It really threw us off. We also specifically booked this hotel because of the pool. On the day we went to use it, there was a fecal matter incident and we were unable to. When we asked the staff when this might be resolved, we were told they would call our room with more information but we never received a call. Additionally, our TV was consistently out of order and we had to call for maintenance multiple times during our stay and they would take a very long time to come to the point where we felt like we weren’t getting the most out of the TV in the room. Finally, we wanted to use our $30 credit on drinks at the bar before we checked out. We were given two vouchers for a glass of wine by the front desk we were told we could use at the lobby bar. However when we went to the bar, they told us those vouchers were only valid for the pool bar all the way upstairs. This was right before we were checking out and didn’t want to travel back up to the pool with all of our stuff in the lobby, especially when we were told we could use it in the lobby.

The room was booked as accessible. However, I did need to question this as the floor was very slippery. After speaking to staff, a chair was arranged, which is much appreciated. Brunch jazz at the weekend was welcomed. I felt the hotel was understaffed - housekeeping every other day. However, the staff I met were great. The food was okay and of suitable value, but there were lots surrounding the hotel to try. Desks in the room showing wear and tear and some odd decisions food-wise - unable to buy a muffin despite being on the show. Eggs Benedict on a biscuit? Despite this, I enjoyed my stay. I also appreciated and used their virtual concierge to help with tours. The hotel is in a great location—a short walk to the French Quarter and Canal Street.
