We were moved to 3 different rooms, room 1 the ac didn't work, room 2 couldn't clise the door without slamming it, and toom 3 had bugs so we left and got one day back. They are renovating this place it shouldn't be open

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Posted Jun 29, 2021 on HotelsIf there was a way to put ZERO RATING I would. And the Only Reason we stayed was due to it was Late and we couldnt get something somewhere else with such short notice...This was the Worst Stay I have ever had and I have traveled from Alaska to Florida..
Reserved 3 rooms and First they tried to say we didnt have reservations.. Then they tried to charge us over what we were told the amount would be.
Second: we did not get the rooms we reserved online were told that they didnt have any in turn we got rooms with 2 beds, broken toilets and that smelt like Rodents
Third: one of the rooms even had a Huge Puddle of water in middle of it and NO A/C.
Forth: there was no Amenities like a Fridge, Coffee, Soap, ect ect
Fifth: there was Tweekers and Drug Deals going on in parking lot all night/
Sixth: the Pool Was BEYOND GREEN IT WAS STRAIGHT UP BLACK!
Again THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD!
Bonus was>>> We didnt see any Bugs but I sure they were there, we just missed them because we didnt stay longer than needed.

Waited 30 minutes to check in because everyone in front of me were complaining about dirty rooms and bugs. After i checked in and saw our room we went back and asked for our money back. The answer was no but we left anyway and found another hotel. Travelocity should give me my money back
