We choose this hotel for a Mardi Gras stay because of the reasonable cost and it is is not in a busy area but not far from Bourbon st. The lobby and rooms have had recent remodels. The doors and stairs all need upgrades yet and the pool was not user ready. Staff was very nice and overall we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is old and smells like cigarettes. The elevator feels like it’s going to fall apart! The area the hotel is in is not the best. In general the inside of the hotel except the lobby is just run down!

They let me check in early which was greatly appreciated!!! No microwave or fridge in the rooms. For the price I paid, which I'm assuming it was jacked up higher for Mardi gras, it was wayyyyy too much. On a positive note, the location is convenient. I wish I knew the young ladies name that checked me in, she was awesome and very helpful!

Honestly if u just staying a night and you down bad then stay here. If you traveling with your wife or girlfriend don’t cause she will not be happy and u will not have a good night. But if u just a man you can thug it out but it’s not good at all.

The room had cables not hooked up and mold no windows at all . I arrived at 9 am and went out to come back to check in at 4 pm and left at 4:30 pm . This was horrible and I am looking for refund !

This is a two-star hotel—no more, no less. It is well positioned outside the city if that is what you want. If you like the color white, you'll love this place. The room and bathroom have many shades of white; none match. However, they were clean and safe enough for my son and me during our trip to the Super Bowl. Although located on Tulane Avenue, the loudest noise in the morning was from birds outside my window.
