I was stuck on an elevator for almost 30min and I was never told what sort of compensation or complimentary or anything honestly after the incident. That just asked for our room number. Luckily there were not a ton a drunk people on it or anyone that was unbearable. There were teenagers on there alone and luckily I had someone on the outside who was w that child’s parent who could let them know how they were handling the situation.

Couldnt check in at 4PM, almost missed the event I flew into town for because I barely had enough time to get ready as I coulnt check in until 430. Despite having a privacy sign on the door the housekeeper woke me up early in the morning knocking on the door both days I stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was pretty nice, the location is great! Very walkable to plenty of things. Overall acceptable but not up to the standard I was expecting.

Great quality, great amenities

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend based off of several different factors, including location, amenities, and restaurant quality. When we arrived in New Orleans, we wanted to prioritize having dinner outside of the restaurant to get a true food experience in the city, however, wanted a nice while we were there. The weather was great so we ordered room service. The food options and the quality of the food when it arrived exceeded my expectations. After that experience we decided to try the restaurant and it was also a great experience. As far as the room, the suite that I had was very spacious, and there were amazing views.

We were on a high floor with a terrific river view and did not hear any city noise. The food and drinks in the lobby bar were also good.. The only negative, which is not the hotel’s fault really, was that people were confusing the washers and dryers in the laundry area, and some of the dryers had detergent bits inside. Better labeling would help that..

The staff was very accommodating. The restaurant in the lobby did take a very long time for service, however it was a a busy Friday night. The Starbucks and convenience store inside the hotel were great!
