I didn't like the property at all never came to clean or give new towels or anything. They came and threw our trash away in the room the day before check out trash cans were over full. The pictures for the property did no justice flow had pieces of wood missing, floor was creaking. And one of the rooms began to leak from the rain and when we told the front desk they sent a maintenence man with towels to wipe up the water. For $1300 this place was awful and I should have recieved more than $100 deposit back for the room it was a disaster would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in.

Property right on the streetcar line was so convenient It was beautifully kept and maintained with care by the groundskeeper. Security was always around and visibly making rounds. Every staff member was kind and offered suggestions on dining and tours! We had a drainage issue with our tub but that was honestly the only negative and they came to fix that quickly as well. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay. I couldn't say one bad thing about this place except for the people at the front desk. The little girl who checked me in had the worst attitude. She was not welcoming and she had her ear buds in. She rolled her eyes alot. I get that this is the "charming attitude" of New Orleans, but when you work in hospitality it's important to be nice and welcoming to your guests. The security guards were also bad. One was just sitting around arguing with a girlfriend. Many of the security were just there to collect a check, they did nothing else. Other than these issues I gotta say that the property grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The rooms were solid and I didn't hear anything and we were right in front of the pool. Also, the street parking was adequate enough for us and the street lights are super bright! I had no problems there.

Front desk staff didn’t seem to want to be helpful. Everyone e else in New Orleans has been except for the staff here. Room lacked lighting and felt oppressive. Beds were comfortable.

The staff is amazing. Especially the front desk personnel. The hotel is very well maintained and everybody cared about your stay. The only minor comment for improvement is the fact that they had a nice desk to setup my laptop but no power outlets anywhere near it. Fortunately my power cord was long enough to stretch across the room. Still 5 stars!!!

Terrible!! Had to leave at 5am due to being kept up all night by loud guests upstairs and all around. The room had a weird smell, ugly lighting, was unattractive and depressing and there was a loud running toilet. Our room key did not work and we had to go to the front desk to get a new one. Overall it was more like staying in a bad Motel 6 than staying in a nice hotel. Awful!
