I had a great stay at Le Richelieu! It was a clean and comfortable stay for a great value. Everyone who worked there was friendly and kind. I will definitely stay again!

A hotel with tall beds.

The beds are way to high. They look good in pictures, But are to high. I'm 5'5" and 80 years old. I had real problems getting on to the bed.

Staff were very nice and helpful and room was clean. But they have to do something with lighting on the hallway. It felt like im visiting haunted hotel. Well you might actually like it if you are looking for haunted places.

Newly updated. Helpful staff and convenient for the French Qtr. Hallways are wide open spaces creating a lot of echo, so hallway noise and door slams can be annoying

Squeaky bed and headboard. I had a room with an intercommunicating door. Could almost hear the conversation next door. Otherwise, I had a quiet room at the back with a nice view. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

We tried to extend our stay a half hour, at 11:15am, so that we could check out at 12:30 pm to run to the cafe and the very rude front desk person rudely stated that we would have to pay for a full hour in order to do that. Then he huffed when my elderly father with dementiagot his luggage stuck in the elevator. People like that shouldnt be in the service industry.

The property was awesome!! Close and convenient to the French Quarter and Frenchman Street. The rooms are a good size and clean. The on-site parking is great!!

Great area to get around on foot, so much to do and numerous places to eat so close to the hotel. The king suite was wonderful, just wish the refrigerator was off the floor for easier access.

Comfy bed! Older building but updated and has lots of character! Unusually cold temp in the area the first night there and I couldn’t get warm enough, so the next night they were nice enough to move us and give us extra blankets. The courtyard is quiet and relaxing. Walkable to everything French Quarter.
