Honestly, this was the only hotel that I could find in a serious pinch during the blizzard in New Orleans. They came through in a seriously tough situation, and I will always be thankful for them! I truly appreciate the staff working under terrible conditions that they were going through, themselves.

Very nice property but it was very unhygienic; the bathtub holes backed up; the ac units had bugs, overall very nasty. The options for food and near the airport were good but the cleaning could use a lot of work. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here

Our sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. The shower head was way too low for a normal person. Had to crouch down to fit under the shower head The mattress was old and uncomfortable Had to pay for a parking!!! Terrible. AC unit sounded like compressor was going to break.

Friendly staff

I beside a lots of guests were stuck in property as the snow caused Land/Air services to a complete shut down. During this time, Melinda at the breakfast area really worked hard to keep the supplies filled in as we all had no place to eat. Every guest was bulking up on breakfast as everything around town was closed. All the staff Cory,Nicole,Hollice,Curtis made all effects to ensure all the guests were taken care off in this mess Staff at this property deserves all the praises n thanks from us. GOD bkess u guys/gals, keep up the good work

Had to stay here because of a snow storm and our flights kept getting cancelled. Some staff tried their best to be friendly and helpful, others were a little creepy. Mold in bathrooms. Garbage scattered in hallways but it was a crazy time with many people stranded
