Drug deals at the front door at 730 pm The rooms, hallways, bathrooms, were is a state of, almost to the point of disgust. One bathroom had brown stains all over the tub bottom. Rolling chairs in rooms that are missing wheels, ice machines that don’t work, shower heads at maybe 5 feet tall. What that smells awful damage EVERYWHERE you looked. If I was a manager/district/executive, etc. I would be embarrassed

The staff was really friendly! Overall the room looked to be cleaned but the bathroom could use some upgrades; the tub had a crack on the bottom and the caulking needs to be replaced. The bed and pillows were comfy though :)

Not bad but could use some improvement
Our stay was good. When we arrived, there was only one clerk at the counter to check in guests. Unfortunately, the person in front of us was checking in multiple people for several rooms. It took 30 minutes for us to check in when a second clerk came to help us. The hotel is on airport property and they charge $6.00 per day for parking at the hotel which was not mentioned anywhere that I saw. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know that upfront. They did accommodate a room change when we realized our original room was adjacent to a room with a new crying baby. The free breakfast was okay but minimal choices as they had 1 waffle iron to make your own waffle, boiled eggs, cold cereals and coffee.
