Didn’t get cleaning service in the 3 days I stayed. No extra toilet paper in the bathroom. Just half a roll. Tub all cracked and patched Hot water came and went.

This hotel should be shut down and renovated. There is 1 working elevator. The first room we were in stunk, the tub was clogged and it was dirty. All of the walls and on the floor around the tub was dirty and the bathroom smelled worse. They put us in another room that did not smell but the bathroom was dirty. The tub was dirty and the sink was clogged. We were exhausted after the Strawberry festival in Ponchatoula and all we wanted was to shower and sleep but NOPE no shower because; who wants to shower in a DIRTY TUB. It was a nightmare, tired sticky and frustrated. We had already switched rooms and we just couldn’t do it again. Expedia SHOULD NOT offer this hotel to customers. People who have stayed at a LaQuinta Inn & Suites or Wyndham know that these are trusted names and feel safe booking with them. But not this place, they have seriously damaged the LaQuinta I&S and Wyndham names for me. If you care about cleanliness, your time and safety this WILL NOT be the hotel for you. You could easily spend 15 minutes waiting for a small, sloooooowwww elevator. When we left we took the stairs instead.

Nasty hotel in NOLA

It was a last minute reservation. Night clerk was very nice provided good service. Furniture in room was early goodwill old not in good shape. Bathroom was disgusting. My wife refused to use shower cause tub was nasty. An man from India at 4 AM was in the hall screaming into a cellphone. A guest had 2 pit bulls in her.room.. other guests with pets were afraid to go out

No free parking $12.99 day. No WiFi past the 2nd floor. 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. The other about 3 person capacity was rickety as well. it sounded and felt like it was going to fall at anytime. The button panels were about to come off the wall. Missing half the screws to hold it on. It was quicker to take the stairs. Our entire floor smelled like Marijuana day and night. The shower water pressure was the only good thing in the severely outdated bathroom, but the tub floor felt like it was going to give way and had cracks all in the bottom. Free breakfast was gone before 8am. Disappointed for sure!

Check-in went smoothly, but one of the two elevators was not working resulting in a longer wait for a tiny elevator. Although we did not have a car to park, beware that they charge extra for this even thought they have a large parking lot! Also found nail clippings on the floor in the room leaving me to believe it was not cleaned appropriately. The breakfast offering left everything to be desired. Guests had to wait for coffee to be brewed and most every food offering to be made/refilled. Lastly, the listing on this property says an airport shuttle is offered, but none exists. This should not be listed if it's unavailable.

This was my second stay at this property. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator was old and slow. My first day/night the internet worked fine. I work from the hotel so it is important I have an internet connection. The second day the internet went on and off all day. That night it would not work at all. I went down and let the staff at the front desk know twice - I could not call down because the phone did not work. I was told that they were working on it and that maybe it would be working the next day. The next morning, I was awakened by the sounds of men talking and what sounded like a drill and hammering. I showered and went down for breakfast - all that was left was coffee and cereal - and asked would the internet be working that day. I was told by the gentleman at the desk that he had internet all night. I told him that was nice for him but that I had spoken with a woman who told me 2 different times that it was out because they were working on it. I went on to explain that I needed the internet to work and he said again that he had it working on his phone. That day the TV would not even come on. So in my room, there was no phone, no internet, and no TV. I went down and again asked about it with no results and absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. I left because I could not work and was not offered compensation when I explained to the staff that is why I was leaving early.

I initially liked the facility. The room was clean and I was on the first floor. Breakfast was from 5 am - 9 am. At 6 am I went to get breakfast and they were out of everything but hard-boiled eggs that were not refrigerated. There is an additional fee of $12.00 a night to park. From looking at the rooms available in the area this seemed like a great rate but after adding the additional fees not so much.

Dirty. I couldn’t take a shower because the tub was disgusting and water was spraying out from the side of the hose. I talked to guest services and they said they could not do anything but check me out if I’m not happy with the conditions of the room. I waited until the morning to talk to the manager. I was supposed to receive a partial refund but never did. Also took my children to get breakfast and all they had was boiled eggs and cereal…

Do not stay here

Room and bathroom were very dirty. Not enough towels in the room (only 2) for 4 people, asked for more and was told they didn't have any. Staff not friendly. Breakfast "attendant" was handing out plates one by one and was pretty rude to customers. There was not enough breakfast food for everyone. Would not stay here again.
