I loved the location, just a couple blocks from Bourbon Street but far enough away so it wasnt noisy and the street wasn't crowded. The space is pretty tight but seems to be the average for that area. The staff was nice and accommodating. Had to ask for towels and TP, but otherwise a good experience. The hotel is really old and has a neat vibe.

Bathroom wasn’t safe. Shower curtain did not extend to end of tub. Water all over the floor. Room too small. Bed shoved in a corner. No dresser. Fan and AC unit too loud.

Room was clean, but soap and shampoo bottle were empty. Missing towels in bathroom. No remote for AC unit, had to climb on a chair to turn off and on. Asked the front desk, who handled all my issues except AC remote. Asked maintenance guy, but they had none on property to replace. TV kinda difficult to figure out, and alot of blocked channels.

We loved our stay at Inn on St Ann, it was in a decent distance from everything. If i had to pick something to complain about, it was would be the pillows and the lack of window. Wonderful staff, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend

My friend and I rented a deluxe rm with balcony for a cruise and to be there for the Halloween celebration. I paid a total over 850 for two nights Saturday and Sunday. Which was a decent price for the location. It truly is walkable to everything. Great location. Other off nights go for much cheaper which is why I explain the next part. I do have a few big complaints. Even with the location there isn't a reason for the room not to have a refrigerator. Also no outlets for charging. Easy problem to solve...., buy a lamp or a table that has a charger station in it. The people were great and I want to say the common areas were beautiful. The rooms are small but cute. I think if you guys just made those two changes you would be almost a 5 star. I say that because we did run out of toilet paper and towels. Thank you for having us. Dwayne was awesome!

Stayed for four nights with my young adult daughter. The location was absolutely perfect with access to the French quarter and a relatively short walk to the streetcar. We stayed in the third floor room. The stairs up to the third floor were pretty tough and the room itself was quite small. But the place was absolutely spotless, we had an incredibly comfortable king size bed and air conditioning! The staff at the inn were so helpful and very accommodating. Our room did not have a refrigerator, but just a short walk away we were able to buy a small cooler and the in. has an endless supply of ice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; however, upon arrival our room did not have towels (didn’t notice until after getting out of the shower 😭). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash receptacles were also empty. Can’t beat the location, though! Close to everything in the French Quarter and we could walk everywhere.

Cute little place. Check-in was a delight. Was not as convenient of a location as i thought. 10 minute walk from parking. My biggest complaint comes strictly with room 74. Its very tiny & the door is not solid. Theres a window in it. Its frosted but that means the bright light from the hall lights your room up the entire night. I maybe got a few winks but was up most of the night which kinda defeated the point of getting a room for the night. I can not speak for the other rooms. Most had solid doors and the room across from us seemed to have something heavy coving their window. We wont be staying again but solely because of the room we were given. Again, it was clean & staff was excellent.

I enjoyed our clean room and comfortable bed. The staff was exceptional. I did not expect to be in a whole other building across the street, but the room was nice enough. Had a little trouble with hot water that turned out to be reversed hot and cold. The staff helped us out with that. The room was missing hangers and washcloths, again the staff helped us out with that. We were able to stow our bags behind the counter for a few hours after checkout, which was very convenient. Now for what needs improvement: no mini-fridge or WiFi access. Also AC is mounted out of reach with no remote to control the temperature. Pleasant enough stay and truly wonderful staff.
