Very close to Bourbon Street and attractions, quiet area, pretty exterior. Had booked a better room which I wasn't given, the room I was given was nice and in a cute courtyard however it was small with a full sized bed not the booked queen bed so. There was also a very loud alarm which kept going off including at 3am for 6 hours, one staff member did try and fix it the follow day. Staff were helpful.

Lovely quiet inn at the edge of the historic district. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Just 5 minutes walk to Bourbon street but is far enough to avoid all the noises. Only have two complaints, the WiFi does not reach to the Voodoo House (where my room is located), and the water pressure can be better. Overall it is a great place to stay if you want to be in the historic district.

We were there during an unprecedented snow storm. The staff member "Kelen" (doubt I spelled correctly) was helpful with helping to locate open businesses. Kelen was extraordinarily kind during a stressful situation.

This place was under new management. Our room had a closet with an ironing board in it. No where to hang your clothes. Bathroom had no shelf to put your toiletries. I did report this to the front desk. They wrote down my concerns and I believe they would fix these for future guests.

Charming property in a fantastic location. Room had it's quirks - no windows, the only charging outlet was high up one wall, and the heating unit was rather loud - but that's part of the charm in this older building. Great retreat from the hustle of the city, but close enough to be a quick walk back. Staff was great and we felt very safe in the hotel and area. Would definitely stay again.

No hot water, no chair, no dresser, bathroom freezing, not enough lighting, door not secure, no one at the front desk for check-in or check-out, only three hangers in the (open) closet, thin walls, WIFI cuts out.

Review of Inn on Ann

It was a nice place! The room was clean and the staff was very nice. There’s only street parking which is super busy so you have to park far away, and there’s no load in/ out zone so you have to walk with all your bags. It’s a little noisy when on the first floor, we had a white noise machine which helped with the sound, but the wall are pretty thin. Overall, a great place especially for the price!

House keeping came everyday which was great except they did not clean the bathroom or floors the whole time we were there. We also had to constantly ask for coffee for the room. The staff at the front desk were always nice and accomodating. Additionally the heater in our room did. Ot work

The staff were extremely friendly and gave us amazing suggestions of things to do and places to see. They have other properties nearby with bigger courtyards and balconies you can use. Great location and a corner mart a block away with a tasty deli. It was a very pleasant stay at the Inn.
