Easy access to where we were going. The breakfast was great. I advise staying in the 3rd because of the access to the common area!

Breakfast was great. Staff were very considerate and professional. Location, if going to the convention center is perfect. The lobby is a comfortable and clean place to hang out. Security is great. Our room had intermittent TV disruptions. We were offered a different room, but having been in that room for 3 days and kids clothes scattered, we decided it was not worth it. Also the rooms are carpeted so ours smelled of marijuana.

Accompanied stay

We have a very nice one night stay at the Hyatt before a cruise. The front desk staff was very accommodating making sure we had a king sized bed and held our luggage while touring New Orleans.
