Very Disappointed

Rooms got switched to another hotel. Did not tell us until check in. Would not give us a ride to the new hotel. The new hotel was not very clean. No room service or daily cleaning. Hyatt didn’t tell them our stay dates so the hotel we were in decided to move all of our stuff out if the room and didn’t call to ask us. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Nice stay!

Nice stay! The hotel is at a few minutes of walk from many fabulous things to see, like Bourbon and Canal street. The cost for parking is too much but we had no other choice!

Stay was good parking in the lot across is more convenient than valet because you might have to wait for them to bring your car. The a/c in the room was not working and no tv remote to be found. Sofa bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

There no parking hotel doesn’t have a parking. It operates by outside company for a 55 dollar a day. Best not to have a car. Staff manager was rude when came to check unwilling to honor what was told to us by other staff. Need to be retrained like Devon M to ride for my taste

We stayed with our family and it was a great stay. Really loved the location as we were taking a cruise and it was a short walk away! Free breakfast was awesome! GreT options: eggs, sausage, donuts, cereal, yogurt, waffles, fruit, coffee/tea. Staff were very friendly and always helpful!
