Understand what you’re booking- you’re booking for location. We were comfortable and cannot get more convenient to bourbon street. It needs some TLC, but is charming. In general staff are warm and lovely.

We wanted to get an earlier start out of New Orleans to avoid the morning rush. We were in the lobby at 4 am looking to check out. It was unattended. The valet area was also unattended. After we called the front desk number the 2nd time, a man came walking out from the dark area behind the desk. Pretty sure we woke him up. We were waiting down there 30 minutes.

Best Hotel Near Bourbon Street.

Great stay. Was able to check in early. Front desk and Bellhops provided excellent service. This was my second time at this hotel and this time I brought my family. My go to hotel whenever I'm staying in Bourbon Street area which is 1 block away from the action.
