Came down to NOLA just in time for the biggest snow storm in 130 years. Location is amazing and 3 blocks from everything in multiple directions. Line's up with last bar on Burbon Street, 2 blocks from the river, and 6 blocks from local jazz on French Street. Many bars were closed for snow, but staff was amazing finding out what was open like Turtle Bay, immediately cleared snow by rooms, and we're extremely friendly. The hotel ambience was amazing, rooms very comfortable, and staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Hotel Provincial is a lovely property in a quaint area of the French Quarter. Steps away from wonderful restaurants, bars and entertainment. We plan to return.

Road Trip

Nice safe place close to many areas of interest. Valet parking, employees and bartender were very friendly. Only negative I could find is rooms are small like the roads and water pressure is weak. I could see myself staying here again.

It is a beautiful property and the front desk staff were wonderful, but the noise from the street was very loud most of the night and early in the morning. I know that they can’t control the noise, but my issue was the cleanliness of the room. We stayed there four days and our sheets were never changed. We also noticed in the shower soap scum on the walls, and the floors felt sticky. It seems like they do a very superficial job in cleaning.

Staff was fantastic. Quiet, clean, close to the action. Nice beds and bedding. But a few times, the whole building shook llike there was an earthquake. A bit freaky when you're on the 4th floor!

Loved the walkable area! Close to everything, beautuful and felt safe for my older kids to walk around! Staff was so nice! Noisy on the street outside our window late night and early mornings but such may be staying anywhere in the French quarter. Worth it!
