Great location in the French Quarter but rooms facing the lovely and large indoor patio so you don't get any of the noise at night. Housekeeping was perfect. Highly recommend for families.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the French Quarter close to many excellent restaurants, bars, museums, and other amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast when available. The attached wine bar is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a quiet drink.

It would have been nice for coffee to be available in the morning prior to the restaurant opening. And although breakfast was stated to be included with our room, they do not provide breakfast on Mondays and Tuesdays. The fire alarm woke everyone in the hotel twice during the night during one night of our stay. Staff told us later "this happens sometimes." There was no fire.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful property with lots of NOLA charm. Located to all the French Quarter action, but once you enter the hotel it’s pretty quiet and peaceful. Make sure to account for additional cost of parking when you book. I think this is pretty standard when staying the French Quarter. Excellent experience overall!

Gem of a place!

Second time staying here. Wonderful little spot hidden in the perfect location of the French Quarter. Nice and quiet but near all of the action.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Room was very comfortable but a little noisy at times. The staff were all amazing, especially Debbie at reception, except one lady at reception who was neither friendly nor helpful.

Great stay. The room was impeccably clean and only steps from Bourbon. Staff was excellent. The only negative is that the WiFi was horrible. Kept disconnecting and very slow when connected. This is easily fixable so we will be back on our next trip.
