Check in was easy and fast. Room was really nice and spacious. Courtyard view was nothing special. Key card was needed to get in the hotel and security was present in the lobby. I appreciated that. Breakfast varied slightly daily but pancakes/waffles would have been great. Location is excellent and very walkable to everything. Parking was very expensive and not noted on the website.

Terrific place, great room, excellent staff

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious and well stocked with kitchenette. The staff - from the front desk, valets, and conceirges - was uniformly pleasant and excellent. Also right next to French Quarter but away from the noise. It was my first time in New Orleans. I plan to come back and stay here again.

Nice hotel as you would expect Homewood Suites to be. Breakfast was quite mediocre, not worth it more than once during our 3 night stay. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Location is great across from French quarter.

The property was overall fine, and it was close to the French Quarter. I had a few issues that were frustrating. The check in process took 30min. There was only one person working, two families ahead of me, and I just thought it took way too long. The breakfast was advertised as ending at 9:30am, but getting down there at 9am meant the staff was beginning to take items back or meant that they wouldn't restock items. Again, frustrating because while I didn't want or expect a full breakfast, I did expect to be able to grab a bagel and cup of juice without issue. Finally, the rooms are cleaned every other day. Our trip was four days three nights so we expected the room to be cleaned on Tuesday(as we arrived on Sunday). Well when we got back to our room Tuesday night, the bed was made, but we didn't have clean towels, etc.. To their credit, when called, the front desk did send someone up with towels for us. All in all, I wouldn't say the hotel is terrible, it was adequate, but the three things I mentioned were problematic.

Short walk to the Saenger Theatre

As usual for Homewood Suites this is top of the line for moderate priced hotels and the best place to stay for an event at the Saenger. Easy walking distance. Their posted valet parking rate was $48 and this with a tip included is better than the private lot across the street, although that one is convenient if you like quick access to your vehicle. Staff were very nice and helpful.

First time staying at Hilton HomeSuites but have stayed at several other Hilton hotels. This one is average. Nothing special. We chose this hotel because it comes with complementary breakfast but the food wasn’t good at all. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. The staff is friendly. Pool area is not appealing and very small. No hot tub. No bar. The gym area is average. Overall it did its job but will not stay here again.

This hotel was okay. We had a problem with the auto deadbolt and one of the lamps not working. We reported it but they never came and fixed it even though they said they would. Also did not keep dishes stocked well at breakfast, mostly bowls.

Amazing stay, they were quick to respond whenever we needed anything and they cleaned the room daily and the front desk staff was wonderful as well and answered all of our questions we had at any time. Even helped setup the transportation back to the airport
