The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained, but is on the older side. The gym is clean and well maintained. Good variety and number of machines.

We stayed 3 nights. On the edge of French Quarter and within walking distance. The trolley stop on Canal St. is 2 long blocks walk. There is a stop by hotel also. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre.

I don't like to point out to much, but the location is great for proximity to Bourbon and walking to the trolly, buss etc. There is a convenient gas station close by for items to. The downside, few things in room were not working, our room wasn't serviced, always a different story, or side. I'm over it. For the price you pay at this location it should be on point.

The hotel is in a great location for the street car and bus, getting around is very easy. The breakfast was convenient to have set up every morning and the kitchen staff kept the area well stocked and clean. The parking is a bit pricey, next time we will not need a rental car due to the efficient public transportation.

Shower was in need of updating. There were black spots around the rim that looked to be worn rather than dirty. Carpet needs a deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable but the mattress pad was on top of the sheet. Additionally, the door to the room was off of the hinges and we had to align it in order to close the door. There was one staff member that was really short with me, she was also a bit rude with the woman before me. The night desk staff member was really nice though, forgot to get her name. The hotel is beautiful, but we were disappointed with our room for the price.

Good location in the French Quarter. Some amenities (like tissues) were missing. Sheets were clean but pretty worn (holes). Front desk very nice - the concierge was helpful, but needs to be more sensitive to questions about safety - we are two older women who want to stay out of sketchy areas. He did an adequate job, but was coming from a younger male perspective.

I loved the security of having to use room cards to enter the building and elevator. Very comfy and roomy rooms with useful refrigerator and microwave. Very comfortable beds and it was clean! Will definitely stay there again
