This property was very centrally located. It was easy to get to places from here. I was very unhappy that they did not have our room that I paid for available and we had to switch rooms after the first night. Also the security guard and the valet were the friendlies along with the concierge. The people at the front desk not so much - mostly felt like we were bothering them.

They are renovating the rooms in the hotel. Initially, we were put in a room right next to rooms getting renovation. We were able to change to a less nosier room. Also the room has rattling noise all the time because the shower glass in the bathroom was not screwed tight or connected to the metal bar.

The room was so much larger than i thought it would. The entire French Quarter was walkable. Staff was friendly, area was safe, overall great hotel for the dollar.

Could not be a better location in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It’s fine to pay $40 for valet parking, all hotels in the areas do the same. Disappointed there is no breakfast at all. Also no gym, and the pool is not practical. It’s time to renew their carpets in the corridors. Besides all this, it’s still highly recommended.

Parking issues
No parking cost $50 per day. Even if you don't use it for a couple of days. No microwave. No hotel pickup at the airport had to walk 3 miles to hotel after using the bus.
