Bed Way Too High - Very Unhelpful and Noncaring

Bed was too high for elderly couple. Staff were unhelpful or just plain didn’t care. They were unable to sleep and situation was dangerous. We booked for my parents. Had to leave early. Charged full price. Ruined wedding of their grandson for them. PITIFUL PITIFUL PITIFUL Bed was even too high for me.

The staff, as always, were helpful and accommodating. Charmaine was especially helpful. The rooms are as expected at Holiday Inn franchise. Short walk to French Quarter without being in the madness of the French Quarter. Streetcar stops close by, making it easier to get around.

Great Mardi Gras Parade

Was there on a business trip. Didn’t realize it was during Mardi Gras. The front desk was really helpful in helping us figure out when to get our car out to avoid the parade shut down in our last day. Super friendly staff. We watched large parade from our window.

Decent location. 15 minute walk from french quarter. 2 minutes walk from ww2 museum. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing but for the price I guess I didn't expect much. Overall recommend for easy accommodation.
